**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated After School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing students in a positive learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum

- Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes learning

- Provide individualized instruction to each student to support their academic growth

- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback on their performance

- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administrators to ensure student success

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED

- Associate's Degree or higher (preferred)

- Proven experience in classroom management and childhood development

- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to educate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education

- Knowledge of Christian counseling principles is desirable
